We first opened in Convent Road, Ashford in December 1977, shortly after Concorde started making regular trips to New York. (We remain under the flight path, though things are quieter these days)
We moved to our present site on Stanwell moor in 1983, converting one of the greenhouses of the Vermeulens nursery. Over the years we have added more buildings and currently we occupy over 6000 square feet and have added an outside area for displaying our pond range.
We are a family business currently being run by the second generation; Bob, Ian and our band of merry helpers.
We like to think we are part of the community and some of our 1st customers bring their grand kids .... to be told: "Don't Bang On The Glass" and "no you can't have a piranha".
